 Poor Quality, no warranty

My son asked for and received this for Christmas. Right out of the box, the sound was horrible. Even with the volume turned all the way up on his mp3 player, he had to hold it against his ear to hear the music at all. It defeats the purpose. He wanted it so he could listen to music while playing without having to carry the player around and wear headphones all the time. Now after only using it 2 or 3 times, the sound cuts in and out, and it doesn't dance. So we will be throwing the brand new Christmas gift away very soon. It's cute, and it lights up, but that's about it. My son is very disappointed. I wish we'd gotten another brand.
